Outreach
NICTA (National ICT Australia) endeavours to stimulate interest in ICT research and its future application among secondary and primary school students to encourage student commitment to this course of study. The outreach process begins with introducing the imagination and wonders of technology innovation to students at an early age. To this end, NICTA regularly participates in science fairs and commits resources to creating engaging programs to inspire Australia’s youth to consider the unlimited potential of a career in technology.
NICTA collaborates with partner universities and conducts direct initiatives to meet its outreach objectives.
